Using Business Bestie

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the app lawfully. You are responsible for the business content you enter, upload, generate, export, or share and for having permission to use it. You use the app entirely at your own discretion and own risk.

Free access and monthly subscriptions

Business Bestie includes a free starter level plus optional monthly subscriptions. Premium is $29.99 per month and includes the current premium feature suite. Some features may also be available as monthly a-la-carte subscriptions or a combined monthly bundle. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Store-distributed versions may use the store's purchase system and are also subject to that store's billing, refund, renewal, cancellation, and family-sharing rules.

AI and research disclaimer

AI output, competitor research, grant information, and other suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or simply wrong. They are provided for planning and productivity purposes only and are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated or research information before relying on it, publishing it, or acting on it in your business.

Connected services

Features you connect to third-party services are also governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, or changes made by those providers.

No warranties

The app and all content, suggestions, and information it produces are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no legal representations or guarantees about the app or its output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, What's Poppin' USA Ltd Co (WPUSA Brands) is not liable for any damages, losses, business decisions, or outcomes arising from your use of the app, including any mistakes, errors, omissions, or oversights in AI-generated content, research, or other output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
